The Challenger Workshop
Preparation and facilitation of a custom-made workshop designed to identify your brands challenger archetype and generate ideas to grow the brand and gain disproportionate attention in market.
2 – 4 Weeks
1. Pre-workshop meeting for PHD to gain an in depth understanding of the brand and discuss proposed Challenger Archetypes.
2. Proposed agenda to be shared prior to workshop for approval and feedback (2 weeks required to produce workshop content).
3. 2-hour face to face workshop hosted in person if possible (with your team and a minimum of 3 of PHDs most brilliant thinkers).
4. Post workshop playbook to be produced, summarizing ideas and costs to activate, if you were to do so with PHD (2 weeks required to produce this presentation)
